Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and create test plans
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Work closely with support teams to address client issues and improve product performance
- Provide clear feedback and suggestions for product improvements
- Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes and strategies

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in software quality assurance
- Proficient in QA testing methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with scripting and coding practices
